This owner-operated tool uses authorised Google Drive video files and metadata, Google Sheets queue entries, and YouTube channel and video metadata solely to prepare, publish and reconcile the owner’s selected videos.

Selected video content and publishing metadata are sent to YouTube and to Buffer for TikTok delivery. Cloudflare processes the application and stores release records. Brevo processes operational alert emails. No Google account data is sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models by this application.

Google user data is used only for this publishing workflow, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Published videos are governed by the owner’s release settings and the destination platforms’ policies.

Source media remains in the owner’s Drive. Published media remains on its destination platform. Release records and diagnostic drafts are retained until the owner removes them. Credentials are kept in Cloudflare secret storage; resumable session credentials in the database are encrypted.

The owner can revoke access in Google Account connections and Buffer settings, remove stored credentials and request deletion of application records. Contact: hello@medarrow.co.uk.
